Anonymous asked: are you supposed to step back when doing squats with the squat rack so that you can step forward to unload the weight? mine is set so I wouldn't be facing the mirror, just wondering how bad it would be to step backwards to put the bar back on? thanks!

I don’t really know what you mean. Generally you unrack the bar and step back so that when you squat down the bar won’t get caught on the rails (where you rack it) but you still want to be over the safety bars. I hope that makes sense!

If you feel like you can have just a single serve and it won’t trigger a binge, then go ahead! If not, maybe avoid it. Sorry, I don’t have any personal experience with binging.. can any of my followers help better?

Being toned is completely different to being ripped! Of course you can achieved a nice, flat, toned stomach with bodyweight exercises. Squats, lunges with a rotation, push-ups and floor exercises will help.. have a look online at workout videos too, there’s plenty out there :)

- Sumo squats (or any other wide stance squat including hack squat)
- Sumo deadlifts
-  Bulgarian split squat
- Leg press (feet wide and high)
- Lunges (concentrate on taking long strides to really feel the stretch which will also help target the inner thigh more)
