Dinner: butterflied turkey breast with chopped spinach & basil and fresh garlic with steamed carrots and broccoli.

Dinner: grilled chicken topped with sliced tomato and low fat cheese, salad with baby tomatoes and four bean mix!

Dinner: Thai chilli seasoned chicken breast with broccolini. I also had a sustagen sport!

Dinner: extra lean marinate steak with cucumber, tomato, spinach and broccoli and fat free balsamic!

Dinner: veggie ‘schnitzel tender’ on 1/2 a sandwich thin with red onion and 1 teaspoon tomato sauce and lettuce with tomatoes in fat free balsamic. 

Challenging myself with fear food, YES:)

DINNER: 1/2 a wholemeal pita, 2 egg whites, 1 tomato, handful of spinach and 2 tablespoons of corn and 2 tablespoons of four bean mix all scrambled together and seasoned with Mexican spices :) was SO delicious!

DINNER: pumpkin topped with baked beans, corn and low fat mozzarella :)

DINNER/post-practice: Sultana bran with 3/4 a chocolate up&go energize, 1/2 a banana and a teaspoon PB all warmed in the microwave because I’m so damn cold. This is more cals than I’m used to in one meal but I trained hard today and I’m exhausted and drained, so fuck you ED. I refuse to feel guilty for this one.
