Grilled satay chicken and steamed veggies for dinner

Snack! Peach chobani with a tbsp of granola and sliced strawberries :)

Mum made roast beef for dinner but I’m to exhausted for anything exciting so this is my underwhelming dinner/lunch

Breakfast: 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup no fat soy, 2 large strawberries, 1/2 a small banana and a cup of green tea :)

2 slices of burgen rye toasted with PB and sliced apple and PB and blackberry jam. And a huge mug of coffee which is much needed after last night and to get me through this mornings swim set.

Breakfast: oatmeal with blackberry jam, PB and half a banana

Pre-work snack: wholegrain pita bread with 1tbsp PB and a banana mashed ontop. SOO yummy, so take that ED :)

Lunch: honeydew melon with caramel flavored no fat low sugar yogurt, cup of orange cinnamon tea AND a protein shake which isn’t pictured.
