Lunch: spinach salad with cherry tomatoes, pumpkin, wholegrain chilli ranch thins and tuna with balsamic dressing and a cup of my favourite oolong tea. I also had two boiled eggs but they wouldn’t fit in the bowl without making a mess.

DINNER, volume: it’s-so-tedious-having-to-have-two-plates-of-food-to-get-through-at-the-dinner-table; organic lentil and tuna salad (tuna, organic lentils, spinach, cucumber, red onion, tomato) and wholegrain fettucine with white wine sauce and veggies.

Lunch! Sweet seeded mustard tuna, mixed lettuce, sliced strawberries and skim haloumi cheese. I’m also having sustagen sport.

LUNCH: biggest salad of my life to make up for purging my brekkie through running and then going to the gym on an empty stomach and working so damn hard that my entire body was shaking.

LUNCH: mixed lettuce with non fat fetta, chicken breast, 1 carrot and a tablespoon skinny hummus.

LUNCH: salad with pumpkin and mandarin :)

So I had to have lunch out with Mum today and it was a massive step for me. I picked the oregano roasted chicken salad and freaked out when it came because it looked HUGE but I managed 3/4 of it and I enjoyed it even though I felt a bit anxious because I didn’t know the calories in it. I feel real proud now though :)
